Most clinicians can get people out of pain, but not many can get them all the way back to full performance.
Spend two immersive days mastering a movement system that solves complex cases and delivers the results other clinicians miss.
All with tools you can apply immediately the next day.

If you’re tired of memorising trending drills or chasing symptoms with "banded distractions," it's time to level up.
Instead of guessing, you’ll learn a unified assessment-to-training framework. You won't just learn what to do; you'll understand why you're doing it, so you can adapt to any client who walks through your door.

3D Assessments for mobility, stability, muscle function and motor control
This allows us to identify the root causes rather than playing whack-a-mole with old school testing.

Think next level corrective exercise AND full integration into training.
No more banded external rotations, we're getting people fully ready to move at whatever level they want, not just discharge from low level rehab.

You'll practise everything you learn and get guidance on how to maximise results. Not just make a bunch of notes to forget later on.
You’ll also work on your own body, so you leave with benefits to your own training, as well as being able to better serve all future clients.
The focus of the workshop is practising the skills you're learning. You'll get time in a safe learning environment to develop your coaches eye, ensure you're applying the techniques correctly, and have your execution checked over.
You'll leave confident that you're doing things right and happy to start applying the skills first thing Monday morning. The first step to becoming that go-to specialist known for being the fixer in your area.

This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to bridge the gap: Clinicians and Coaches.
Most attendees are physios, osteos, chiros, personal trainers and CrossFit coaches, but anyone working with movement or injuries will get a ton of value.
You’ll leave with an easy-to-follow assessment protocol, a process for exercise selection and programming. As well as a report on your own movement and exercises to take away and work on.
The workshop is delivered live, in person so you can ask questions, get real-time feedback, practice the skills on real people and engage directly with Ash and Tash.
The session runs for approximately 0930-1730 each day, with a lunch break.
This includes practicals and Q&A.
There is an optional dinner if you want to continue geeking out after hours!
At least one year of professional experience is recommended. A basic understanding of training also helps a lot. Just come prepared to learn and participate. Any tools, templates, or resources you’ll need will be provided during the workshop.
Yes. You’ll receive access to resources and follow-up support so you can confidently apply what you’ve learned even after the workshop ends.
